Caregiver placements are designed to focus on the children you’re caring for. Bringing your own child is generally not allowed, unless explicitly agreed upon with the family in advance.
Timing depends on your experience, availability, and the current needs of families. Some caregivers are placed quickly, while others may wait for the perfect match. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Whenever possible, we aim to provide consistent care by matching caregivers with the same children and families. However, caregivers may also work with multiple families depending on availability and assignments.
Caregivers are required to have current First Aid and CPR certification. We also provide Advanced Childcare training. Beyond that, experience, reliability, and a caring attitude are what families and Little Guardians value most.
No. Hours are based on the needs of the families you are matched with. While some caregivers work consistent schedules with the same families, placements may vary, and hours can change depending on family requests and availability.
